Wholesale Cash Account (pay as you go)
For wholesale pricing, you must be a legally registered landscaper, builder, paver, and/or a general contractor with the state of Washington. We require a valid WA state business license or reseller permit, as well as a wholesale account form to be filled out. We would send you the form if you are eligible.
If you are unsure of your NAICS code, you can go to the WA State DOR (Department of Revenue) Business Lookup website (link below). Put in your UBI, and on the “Excise tax and reseller permit status” line, click the blue words that say “Click Here”. Then note the “Closed” line and the “NAICS” line. The “Closed” line should be blank and the NAICS line should list a code relevant to landscaping (not a restaurant, salon, gift shop, etc.).
We sell bulk topsoil, rock, bark, and mulch. Wholesale accounts are designed for companies that intend to use our products for their businesses (bulk landscaping yards, landscaping at customers homes, building at customers homes, projects at customers homes, etc.), they are not intented for personal use.

We accept credit applications via U.S. Postal Service or email. Regardless of the method you choose, you must send us a completed and signed credit application.
